Starting November 7, 2016, Charles Watson, published author and teacher of creative writing, will begin facilitating classes at the Havelock-Craven County Public Library. This program aims to help beginning and intermediate writers desiring to know how and where to start; how to put it all together or even how to increase their powers of observation and language as a writer.
There will be four age levels of classes offered each week aimed toward middle school students, high school students, college students and adult students. These classes will be fourteen weeks beginning the first week of November. Supplies needed are a journal or composition book and pencil or pen. This class is free. Middle School Students Mondays at 4:00 pm Beginning November 7th
High School Students Wednesdays at 4:00 pm beginning November 9th
College Students Fridays at 12:30 pm beginning November 18th
Adult Students Saturdays at 1:00 pm beginning November 12th
